My passion is to help alleviate the toxic behavior that we humans have innocently passed on through generations. To help us find our inner infinite values through care, love, understanding, and commitment.
I believe we are all born as loving and caring people, to ourselves, to each other, and to the whole wide world – and then something happens.
And exactly “what happens” is why almost every one of us experiences challenges such as anxiety, racing thoughts, depression, stress, personal disturbances, trauma, and other challenges.
In 2019, I created a new, simple, and practical therapy form called WYLS (What’s your life-sentence?), which has led to significant transformative results for my clients (and myself).
I believe that self-awareness is the key to personal growth. By sharing insights into our human design, I can assist you in distinguishing between perception, memory, and reality. I believe that healing comes from addressing the root of the challenges we experience, rather than simply treating or ignoring the symptoms.

Online or In-Person Sessions
I initially began using online sessions due to the considerable distance between me and my international clients. I found them so beneficial that I now also offer them to my Danish clients.
Here are some advantages of online sessions:
- You receive therapy in your own home, from your workplace, from a vacation spot, or wherever you want.
- Greater flexibility in terms of timing.
- You save time and money on transportation.
- It’s a sustainable solution.
- The effect is the same as with face-to-face therapy, according to research. I have only had good experiences with online sessions.

“Find Your Inner Voice”
I’m thrilled to offer this unique workshop where we’ll together explore how we can often be our own obstacles and what it takes to change this. “The deep breathing – the deep listening”
In this intensive half-day course, we will work on the deep breathing, we will make sounds and sing some small songs, and we will be focussing on awareness

WYLS (What’s Your Life-Sentence?)
WYS is about identifying the sentence we have created about ourselves, often at a very young age. The sentence reflects the change in our self-perception that we make to better fit into the environments we are given – typically by our parents or primary caregivers.
This sentence operates in the unconscious for most of us, and can therefore cause a lot of harm because we innocently believe that it is due to the situation we are in that we experience what we do. We do not see that it is our mindset that ‘colors’ the situation we are in.
“I’m not good enough” can be an example of a sentence that pops into our consciousness every time we feel insecure or challenged. By identifying our sentence and understanding where it comes from, we have the opportunity to recognize it as belonging to our past, rather than identifying with it in the present. This way, we can act based on what is actually happening in this situation, rather than reacting from our habitual negative sentence rooted in fear and insecurity from our past.
